This is a type of Japanese kamaboko made with chopped white fish, Mirim, salt, egg white and no flour. Jeju Tamna Seafood removes all the bones, tendons, blood, and skin so that only the clean, pure Korean white croaker meat is used. The taste of pure fish is delectable.
