Indulge your taste buds with one of Korean’s popular street food of all time - Tteok-Bokki! 🥘 Make the best Korean rice cake at home with this easy recipe! 🍲 Ingredients: 🍚30 Pcs Rice Cake 🐟2 Pcs Fish Cake 🥒¼ Leek (Cut into big pieces) 🥬¼ Cabbage (Cut into big pieces) For the Sauce: 💧4-5 cups Water 🍲 1 pouch Korean Soup Stock 🌶1 Tbsp Gochujang 🧂2-3 Tbsp Sugar 🍶1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 🌶1 Tbsp Red Chili pepper powder Garnish: 🥚1 Pcs Boiled Egg 🌱Seseme Seeds 🍣Gimmari Twigim How to cook: 1. Put water, rice cake and fish cake in the pan, put the sauce together and boil it. *For a deeper taste use a Korean soup making pouch instead of using water. **it is preferred to also rinse the fish cake with hot water or boil (30sec) to remove additives. 2. Add cabbage and leek and cook until it's well done. 3. Garnish with sesame seeds and boiled egg on the top. 4. Serve with Gimmari Twigim and enjoy! 😋
