    富 BU 者 JA [10, 13, 16]BUJA is a revived traditional Korean rice wine, which was loved by royal families and aristocrats in the past.It is brewed with natural ingredients such as rice, water and Nuruk[Korean Yeast].Also, only locally produced ingredients are used to make 'BUJA'.Lastly, it does not have any artificial additives or coloring in all of the 'BUJA' branded products.BUJA was born out of natural fermentation process via Korean yest called "Nuruk".Thus, it has a distinctive aroma and flavor.     BHD Rice Wine - 6% Contrary to its origin, Makgeolli[Rice Wine] is considered a cheap drink for commoner. Thus, in modern day Korea it is brewed with inferior ingredients and often with artificial additives or sweetener. However, BHD RICE WINE doed NOT contain artificial additives of sweetener. We always use the best and the freshest ingredients because we believe that in order to maintain the high standard we strive to achieve, we can never compromise quality of ingredients. BHD rice wine is brewed via 'raw rice fermentation method' , resulting in higher concentration of dietary fiber and amino acid beneficial for our health.     TAKTAIL - 7% TAKTAIL is rice wine(Makgeolli) cocktail combined with natural fruit juice.TAKTAIL is a compound word of Takju + Coctail[ Takju : traditional Korean rice wine or makgeolli]It is brand name for prodcts of rice wine[Makgeolli] coktail drinks.A distinctive quality which TAKTAIL differ from regular rice wine is its' amount of natural fruit juice.There are five flavor : Black Raspberry, Plum[Japanese apricot], Strawberry, Banana, Grape.As with every product from BHD, Taktail is also very smooth and finish.     [UGOK - JU] is remake of widely loved premium rice wine during Chosun era in Korea. It was loved by the royal families and aristocrats from that era. What makes this rice wine special is that it contains various organic as well as lactic acids, which brings out natural flavors. Thus, it does not need any additional flavoring. [UGOK - JU] is brewed using just the Rice, Water, and Nuruk(Korean Yeast).[UGOK - JU] is very healthy in that it is rich in digestive enzymes with lactobacillus functions.Lastly, we do not add additonal watet in making this wine therefore it becomes very thick similar to yogurt.[UGOK - JU] was developed thanks to long term reserch and studies on fermentation balancing technology involved as well as many natural flavors that will linger long after you had a sip.     Ugok Soju - 41% Ugok Soju has deep, but soft taste. Its quality can be improved dramatically depending upon length of fermentation period.Unlike other more common diluted Soju(s), Ugok Soju is a traditional Korean distilled Soju, which is made 100% of rice, and Nuruk (Korean yeast).Then it goes through multi-pressure distiller for longterm fermentation process.Which yields deep, but soft tasting distilled soju full of nuruk and rice aroma.

    MaeHwa- Marum Tiger RicePreserving MaeHwa- Marum [MaeHwa- Marum Tiger Rice] has been brewed using endangered plant (rice) called MaeHwa- Marum , which is protected by The National Trust of Korea.The Gangwado island which is located east of capital Seoul in Korea is the habitat where MaeHwa- Marum grows. This particular strip of rice field has been purchased thanks to donatons by citizns in 2002 to save the plant. Then in 2008 it ws officially recognized as a world's 1st RAMSAR wetlands to be cultivated by human.MaeHwa- Marum Tiger Rice has a distinctive aroma and flavor of Nuruk(Korean Yeast).Also, it has very light and smooth finish.     Citron Draft Makgeolli Citron Draft Makgeolli is brewed with rice and 20% concentration of natural citron juice.Citron is usually consumed during the winter season in Korea. It is considered very healthy because of its' high concentration of vitamin B and C.In accordance with food trend in Korea, where people are very health consience, we have decided to dropABV from6-> 5% and blend healthy fruit with our Makgeolli. 'Citron Makgeolli' has lemon like zest, but it is not as sour.It has just the right amount of sweetness and sourness that is refreshing and very easy to drink.
