Bomchoyeo Fish Sauce is made with fresh anchovies, caught around the port of Hongwon in Seocheon in spring and early summer, and sea salt in which bitterns are removed for 3 years, with meju which is made of local soybeans. After mixing them at the rate designated and the aging process of 3 years, undiluted solution is extracted and it has passed through more than 6 months of second aging process and settling time.
