How can I become an AGROTRADE member?

It is simple and free to join AGROTRADE!
  1. 1. Visit www.Agrotrade.netand click "Join Now" on the top of the front page
  2. 2. Read terms of service, check the box, select and click "I Agree" button
  3. 3. Complete the registration form and click "Submit"

I get an 'Invalid Number' error when submitting my registration.

Please make sure you do not enter any spaces between or after numbers.
Also, ensure that you do not enter any characters other than numbers.

Can I change my AGROTRADE membership ID ?

No. you can't change your member ID.
However, you can create a new ID by re-registerin

I know my ID and password, but I cannot log in.

Please be sure not to use capital letters
in your ID or password or input any blank spaces after your ID or password.
And AgroTrade.net functions better with Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher.
Please check your web browser version.

If you are using Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher, please try the following steps:
  1. 1. Go to the 'Tools' menu in your web browser.

  4. 4. Change the privacy setting to the "accept all cookies" or "lower" privacy tab.

How can I find my password ?

  1. 1. Click ' Login ' and 'Forgot Password' link in member login page.
  2. 2. Input your email address used in AGROTRADE registration, then click 'Submit'
  3. 3. Your AGROTRADE ID and password will be automatically sent to the email address you provided

How can I search for information on AGROTRADE ?

You can search for information
in Trade Leads, Product Catalogs and Company Directory using the following procedure:
For sellers:
  1. 1. Enter keywords (product type or brand) in the search box on the Agrotrade.net front page
  2. 2. Select "Trade Leads"
  3. 3. Click "Search" to view a list of matching trade leads
  4. 4. Use "Power Search" to narrow the results
  5. 5. Then click "Buy" to view only buyers' trade leads
  6. 6. You can contact traders directly by clicking "Send An Inquiry" on each company's page For buyers:
  1. 1. Enter keywords (product type or brand) in the search box on the Agrotrade.net front page
  2. 2. Select "Trade Leads"
  3. 3. Click "Search" to view a list of matching trade leads
  4. 4. Use "Advanced Search" to narrow the results
  5. 5. Then click "Sell" to view only sellers' trade leads
  6. 6. You can contact traders directly by clicking "Send An Inquiry" on each company's page

Does AGROTRADE import, export or otherwise trade?

No. AGROTRADE operates an online trade site that facilitates global online trade.
We do not import, export, or otherwise engage in trade.

How can I post trade leads?

  1. 1. Login
  2. 2. Click on 'My Trade Leads' in My Page
  3. 3. Click 'Post'
  4. 4. Complete the description and click 'Post'
  5. 5. You can re-post your trade leads in 7 days

How can I post a product catalog?

  1. 1. Login
  2. 2. Click on to 'Product Catalogs' in My Page
  3. 3. Click 'Post a new product' if you're a novice. And Click 'Post a new group' if you're an experienced user.
  4. 4. Input all your product information
    * Groups represent multiple items. They are not searchable.
    * Items represent individual products. The information inserted in Item fields is searchable
    when searching product catalogs.

How can I update my company profile?

  1. 1. Login
  2. 2. Go to 'Edit My Profile' in My Page
  3. 3. Click 'Post'

How can I manage my Guest Book or Bulletin Board?

  1. 1. Login
  2. 2. Click on 'Edit Site Style' in My Page
  3. 3. Click 'Manage My Board'. Click 'View board' and 'title' to edit your board

How can I change my homepage design?

  1. 1. Login
  2. 2. Click "Edit Site Style" in My Page
  3. 3. Click the Template "Edit" button
  4. 4. Click "Change Template" and choose one of 32 templates.

Can I send an inquiry if I'm not a member?

Yes. Click "Send An Inquiry", then click "Send an inquiry as a non AGROTRADE member".
As a member, you can save your inquiries to "Sent Box" in My Page.

I cannot submit an inquiry when clicking 'Send'.

Please make sure that you enter English characters only in the inquiry.
If you still cannot send an inquiry please contact us.

How can I change 'My E-Mail Club' settings?

  1. 1. Login
  2. 2. Click "e-Mail Club" in My Page
  3. 3. Select the categories (up to 6) you are interested in
  4. 4. Click "Submit"
    Then you will receive information that fits selected categories

I cannot view the 'e-Mail Club' delivered to my e-mail.

If you receive an error message,
the information you are trying to view was deleted by the user or AGROTRADE staff.
