Based on highly seasoned experience and expertise in the fisheries
industry, we produce one of the world''s best-quality imitation crab
meats, lobster rails shrimp, crab claws(Breaded, Unbreaded). We use
meat from the Alaskan pollack, caught at Bering Sea, the North Pacific
Ocean, as our main ingredient. It is filloe with protein and the low
fat content prevents hypertension and weight gain. It is even thought
to increase longevity.
1.Blending
Blend main materials and sub materials under the
condition of a low temperature.
2.Moulding
Mould blended law material into each products.
3.Slice and Bundling
1st bean producted goods are bundled into bar
type of suitable thickness through natural
filament type of texture.
4.Coloring
spread the natural color on the surface of the bar.
5.Cutting
Cut into suitable length in accordance with consumer''s usage.
6.Putting in Bag
Put the goods in bag and get into line.
7.Vacuum packing
Vacuum pressure, machine makes it vacuous all
perfect automatic machine.
8.Sterilization & cooling
After being heated and sterilized, vacuum packed
products are placed in a cooling water.
9.Freezing
Refrigerating immediately in super low temperature.
10.packing & exporting
Carring our of high quality products to customers throughout overseas.
